| dc.description | Traditional popular games, expressions practiced by different human generations, have passed since ancient times, forming part of the work of different peoples. If the motor possibilities of the traditional popular forms are analyzed, it can be seen that in all of them there are opportunities to develop various physical capacities and skills, without the need to resort to sophisticated means or implements, mainly for sports areas where massiveness plays a fundamental role. The present research is based on the selection of expressions of this type, which contribute to the general development of the practitioners of the discipline, but also in adaptations of Rhythmic Gymnastics and aims to: develop a methodological alternative with traditional popular games to favor the teaching of the basic positions of legs and arms in the pioneer Rhythmic Gymnastics. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Los juegos populares tradicionales, expresiones practicadas por diferentes generaciones humanas, han transitado desde épocas remotas, formando parte del quehacer de diferentes pueblos. Sí se analizan las posibilidades motrices de las formas populares tradicionales, se puede apreciar que en todas ellas existen oportunidades para desarrollar capacidades y habilidades físicas varias, sin que sea necesario recurrir a medios o implementos sofisticados, fundamentalmente para las áreas deportivas donde la masividad juega un papel fundamental. La presente investigación se apoya en la selección de expresiones de ese tipo, que tributan al desarrollo general de las practicantes de la disciplina, pero también en adecuaciones propias de la Gimnasia Rítmica y tiene como objetivo: elaborar una alternativa metodológica con juegos de carácter popular tradicional para favorecer la enseñanza de las posiciones básicas de piernas y brazos en la Gimnasia Rítmica pioneril. | es |
