| dc.description | Currently, there is a need to improve the training process for referees in the sport of Beach Volleyball, seeking to improve the performance of those responsible for administering justice in sporting competitions and events. The study aims to propose actions to enhance the training of aspiring referees and judges in the sport of Beach Volleyball. The research employs theoretical methods such as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, and inductive-deductive approaches. Empirical methods such as surveys and interviews are also used. The study's contribution lies in the proposed actions that integrate theoretical, practical, and physical and psychological aspects, thus promoting a more comprehensive training of referees and judges in this sport. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad se exige el perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación de árbitros en el deporte Voleibol de Playa, buscando mejorar el modo de actuación de los encargados de impartir justicia en las competiciones y eventos deportivos. El estudio tiene como objetivo: proponer acciones para favorecer la formación de los aspirantes a jueces y árbitros del deporte Voleibol de Playa. Se emplea durante el proceso de investigación métodos teóricos como: histórico- lógico, analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo. También los métodos empíricos como la encuesta y la entrevista. El aporte del estudio radica en que se proponen acciones que integran aspectos teóricos y prácticos, físicos y psicológicos lo que permite favorecer una formación más integral de los jueces y árbitros de este deporte. | es |
