| dc.description | The present work, through documentary analysis, delves into the challenges of grassroots sports in Cuba, highlighting economic limitations, poor infrastructure and lack of access to advanced technology due to the US blockade. It proposes the implementation of mobile devices and applications to improve sports training, taking advantage of tools such as biomechanical analysis and wearables. The development of a local application, "AchéCoach", is proposed to optimize performance and prevent injuries, using available resources and open source software. The project seeks to strengthen technological independence and improve training in priority sports such as baseball and athletics. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo mediante el análisis documental profundiza en los retos del deporte de base en Cuba, destacando limitaciones económicas, infraestructura deficiente y falta de acceso a tecnología avanzada debido al bloqueo estadounidense. Propone la implementación de dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones para mejorar el entrenamiento deportivo, aprovechando herramientas como análisis biomecánico y wearables. Se propone el desarrollo de una aplicación local, "AchéCoach", para optimizar el rendimiento y prevenir lesiones, utilizando recursos disponibles y software de código abierto.
