dc.descriptionThe quality of a Physical Education or sports class taught by a teacher of this branch depends not only on his or her knowledge, but, above all, on the attitudes that he or she adopts towards all tasks, which is related to the degree of development of his or her emotional intelligence. This paper sets out the importance of the qualities of this meta-skill for his or her know-how, as well as the most important deficiencies that are evident in his or her work, obtained through classroom observations and group interviews, which aims to serve to guide the improvement of his or her attitudes in the subjects of the sample.es
dc.description.abstractLa calidad de la clase de Educación Física o de deportes, impartida por un profesor de la rama, depende no solo de sus conocimientos, sino, sobre todo, de las actitudes que adopte el mismo ante todas las tareas, lo que se encuentra relacionado con el grado de desarrollo que posea de su inteligencia emocional. En la presente ponencia se exponen la importancia de las cualidades de esta metahabilidad para el saber hacer del mismo, así como las deficiencias más importantes que se evidencian en su trabajo, obtenidas por observaciones a clase y entrevistas grupales, lo cual pretende servir para orientar la mejora de sus actitudes en los sujetos de la muestra.es
