| dc.description | Diverse studies have demonstrated the importance that you had the systematic practice of physical activities varied in grown-ups, with the result that the present study, intend as objective: To elaborate physical-recreational activities for the grown-ups that visit the hotel Breezes of the Caribbean in Varadero, for they are used it theoretical and empiric methods among those that are declared: the Analysis of documents, the Interview, Interviews and the scientific Observation. Inside the mathematical and statistical procedures the Values percentage, Half arithmetic are determined, Sumatoria, among others. The theoretical and methodological establishment of the relating ones are among their main results, conformation of the steps that guide the scientific result that is presented and solution of the declared problem. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Estudios diversos han demostrado la importancia que reviste la práctica sistemática de actividades físicas variadas en personas mayores, de ahí que el presente estudio, se proponga como objetivo: Elaborar actividades físico-recreativas para las personas mayores que visitan el hotel “Brisas del Caribe” en Varadero, para ello se emplean métodos teóricos y empíricos entre los que se declaran: el Análisis de documentos, la Entrevista, Encuesta y Observación científica. Dentro de los procedimientos matemáticos y estadísticos se determinan los Valores porcentuales, Media aritmética, Sumatoria, entre otros. Entre sus principales aportes están el establecimiento de los referentes teóricos y metodológicos, conformación de los pasos que guían el resultado científico que se presenta y solución del problema declarado. | es |
