Morphophysiological studies occupy a central position in the sciences applied to Physical Education and Sports. Determine the existing relationships between morphophysiological indicators and physical performance in male students of Medical Sciences who attend Physical Education classes. The morph physiological indicators were correlated with the results of physical performance using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Significant correlations (P < 0.05 to P < 0.001) were found between some morphophysiological indicators and the results of physical performance. Body composition indicators that represent strength parameters were positively and significantly associated with physical performance and inverse relationships were found with adiposity indicators.
