| dc.description | The successive transformations of the tourism sector require a better use of the endogenous heritage
resources of each locality for their enhancement in a sustainable way. In this sense, the objective of
this research is to analyze the tourist potential of the town of Triumvirato through an inventory of heritage resources. The methods and tools used were document analysis, interviews, direct
observation, brainstorming and the SWOT Matrix. The results achieved indicate that the locality has
potential for the development of tourism activities that would contribute to its local development and
the diversification of the tourist offer, since it has eight heritage resources with potential for the sector.
However, only two of them are used in the development of tourist activity in the area. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Las sucesivas transformaciones del sector turístico requieren de un mejor aprovechamiento de los
recursos patrimoniales endógenos de cada localidad para su puesta en valor de forma sostenible. En
tal sentido, el objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar las potencialidades turísticas de la
localidad de Triunvirato mediante un inventario de recursos patrimoniales. Los métodos y
herramientas empleadas fueron el análisis de documentos, entrevistas, la observación directa,
tormenta de ideas y la Matriz DAFO. Los resultados alcanzados indican que la localidad posee
potencialidades para el desarrollo de actividades turísticas que contribuirían a su desarrollo local y a
la diversificación de la oferta turística, pues, cuenta con ocho recursos patrimoniales con potencial
para el sector. Sin embargo, solo dos de ellos se utilizan en el desarrollo de la actividad turística en
